This Refund Policy explains how Eliminationbioeu handles cancellation and refund requests for paid consulting sessions, personalised grocery planning documents, educational products, and programs. It supplements our Terms of Use and operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. General principles
We aim to treat refund requests fairly and transparently. Because our services are informational and educational rather than clinical, we do not measure success by physical health outcomes. Refund eligibility depends on the product type, delivery status, and whether statutory consumer guarantees have been met.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you cannot contract out of under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for services not supplied with acceptable care and skill or products not fit for disclosed purpose.
3. Consulting and guidance sessions
3.1 Client cancellation
If you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled session, you may reschedule once at no additional fee or request a full refund of the session fee. Cancellations within 48 hours may receive a 50 percent credit toward a future session or, at our discretion, a partial refund when exceptional circumstances apply.
3.2 Provider cancellation
If we cancel a session, you may choose a full refund or priority rescheduling. We are not responsible for indirect costs such as travel you may have arranged.
3.3 Dissatisfaction
If you believe a session did not match the described scope, contact us within 14 days with specific concerns. We will review call notes and materials provided. Where delivery fell short of agreed educational scope, we may offer a partial refund or complimentary follow-up discussion.
4. Personalised plans (non-medical)
Personalised grocery planning documents are prepared from information you supply. Once a final document is delivered electronically, refunds are available within 7 days if the document materially fails to reflect the categories and scope confirmed in writing at purchase. Subjective dissatisfaction with list suggestions, without demonstrable scope error, is not grounds for a refund. Revision requests within scope are handled at no charge where reasonable.
5. Educational products
5.1 Digital downloads
Due to immediate access, downloadable guides are generally non-refundable once the file link has been accessed or downloaded, except where:
- The file is corrupted or incomplete and cannot be replaced promptly.
- The product description materially misrepresented contents.
- A duplicate charge occurred because of a technical error.
5.2 Physical materials
If we ship printed materials, you may return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return.
6. Programs and challenges
Multi-week programs include scheduled resources and optional group discussions. If you withdraw before the program start date, you receive a full refund minus any non-refundable third-party fees disclosed at checkout. After the program begins, refunds are calculated week by week for unused portions where no materials for future weeks have been released. Participation certificates or completed modules are not refundable separately.
7. How to request a refund
- Email assist@eliminationbioeu.world with your full name, purchase date, invoice reference, and reason for the request.
- Allow up to 5 business days for initial acknowledgement.
- We may ask for additional information to verify eligibility.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
8. Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days. Financial institutions may require additional time to post credits to your account. If a refund cannot be processed to the original method, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues directly. Unfounded chargebacks may result in suspension of access to purchased materials while the dispute is investigated.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. For major failures, you are entitled to cancel a service contract and obtain a refund for unused portion or to compensation for drop in value. For minor failures, we will work with you to remedy the issue within a reasonable time. This policy describes our commercial practices and does not replace statutory remedies.
11. International purchasers
Clients outside Australia receive the same written refund process. Currency conversions and bank fees from refunds are borne by the purchaser unless the refund arises from our error.
12. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy. The date at the top reflects the current version. Changes apply to purchases made after publication unless otherwise required by law.
